Copifai provides an AI-supported marketing workspace for research, drafting, planning, assets, and execution workflows across teams, agencies, and multi-brand setups.

3. Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Keep account credentials secure
• Use the service lawfully and responsibly
• Avoid uploading harmful, infringing, or abusive material
• Comply with applicable laws and platform requirements

4. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you create and manage in Copifai. Copifai retains all rights to the platform, software, and related product materials.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Refunds are only provided where required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

Copifai is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are violated or where continued access creates operational, legal, or security risk. Customers may cancel their subscription in line with the applicable billing terms.
